Condition for Return: Items must be in original condition with tags attached; worn, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.

Refunds: Items returned in saleable condition within 14 days from receipt are eligible for a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, excluding shipping charges. Items marked 'FINAL SALE' or categorized as underwear, lined rompers, and swimwear for hygiene reasons are not returnable.
Faulty Items: If an item is faulty or does not meet the promised quality, we offer a refund or replacement, considering the item is returned within 30 days for faults and within 14 days for other issues.

I loved the quality, the drape. I was concerned that the pants i bought would be too small. I’m 6’5” and 220 lbs and I purchased a 36. I’m always surprised how sometimes there’s a very large size differential, but these were super roomy and just perfect. I’m going to buy five more styles as soon as there’s a sale! Bravo!

They helped me a lot with finding the right pair of pants since I'm pretty tall. You can ask them anything, they will answer and help you out where they can. The best you can get in terms of customer support. The pants themselves are super comfortable, good quality and just a beautiful fit. Be prepared to get at least one 'Where are your pants from?' a day.
