Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.yhone.com.

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment locations in New Jersey (USA), Hangzhou (China), or Hong Kong, depending on stock availability and internal inventory management.

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

Orders placed between January 1, 2026 and January 1, 2027 (00:00 UTC) are eligible for complimentary shipping.

Please note:
Any return shipping fees, including those related to size or style changes, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

DELIVERY TIME

All delivery times are estimates and are quoted in business days for metropolitan areas only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on destination and availability. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or local conditions.

Australia (AU): 6–10 business days
United States (US): 5–10 business days
United Kingdom (UK): 4–8 business days
Germany (DE): 6–10 business days
France (FR): 5–10 business days
Rest of World (ROW): 7+ business days

Delays may occur due to local holidays, customs inspections, or unforeseen carrier disruptions.

TRACKING & LAST-MILE DELIVERY

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

For international orders, tracking information may not update immediately and may appear inactive while the parcel is in transit to the local carrier. Tracking updates will resume once the parcel is scanned by the last-mile carrier. This delay does not indicate an issue with your shipment.

In most cases, we actively monitor the delivery process and address any issues at the earliest possible stage.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.

If a parcel is not claimed within the carrier’s holding period (typically 3–7 days depending on destination), it may be returned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES


Orders placed between January 1, 2026 and January 1, 2027 (00:00 UTC) follow the customs and duties policy outlined below.

For most destinations, orders are typically delivered without additional import duties or taxes upon arrival.

Taxes and duties policies vary by country and are applied according to local regulations. Where applicable, VAT or sales tax may be included at checkout based on the destination.

In the rare event that import duties or taxes are charged upon delivery without prior notice from us, we will assist in resolving the situation and cover the cost when appropriate.

For certain destinations such as Norway and Brazil, orders may incur import duties or taxes payable upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If unexpected charges occur after shipment without prior notice, we will either cover the cost or assist with a return, depending on the circumstances.

If a parcel is rejected due to unpaid duties in a destination where duties are the customer's responsibility, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

ORDER & ADDRESS CHANGES

Once an order has been processed, changes to products, names, or shipping addresses are not possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after shipment has been marked as delivered.
