We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the website following any amendments represents your agreement to be bound by the updated terms. We recommend that you read these terms each time you access our website.
OUR WEBSITE SERVICES
1. All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We endeavour to ensure pricing is accurate and current. Prices are shown on individual product listings and may be amended at any time. If you place an order, we will fulfil it at the price listed at the time you ordered.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
2. We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website; however, we do not warrant that any description is accurate or complete. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
3. Images are provided for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour, nor that any image will reflect the full design or options relating to a product.
PRODUCT ORDERS
4. We endeavour to ensure that product listings are current; however, we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
5. Prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country’s rules. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Packaging and postage are additional charges, calculated at the time of purchase in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
7. When you order from us, we may require you to provide your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and payment details. We take reasonable care with this information; however, you acknowledge that transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure.
8. We may accept or reject your order after it is placed. In some circumstances, processing may take up to five (5) business days. If we have not responded within five (5) business days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting an order. You will be advised if an item is out of stock.
9. Once an order is submitted, cancellation may not be possible unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Delivery of your ordered products will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our payment terms are set out under Payments information.
11. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.
ORDER CANCELLATION DUE TO ERROR
12. Where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Where your payment method has been charged, we will refund the total amount paid.

31. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if not possible, severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

32. We take reasonable care in handling any personal information you provide when accessing our website. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet, and any such transmission is at your own risk.

BUYER PROTECTION
34. Yhone does not authorise the sale of its products through individuals, unauthorised retailers, websites, or online auction platforms. To ensure authenticity and product quality, purchases should be made only through the official Yhone online store at www.yhone.com.
Yhone takes the suspected sale of counterfeit or unlawfully obtained products seriously. Any such activity may be reported to the relevant authorities for investigation and legal action.
